Ingredients

  • 60g low-carb chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbs cacao
  • 2 tbs goji berries, soaked overnight in ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 250ml almond or coconut milk

Directions

Chocolate superfood smoothie

makes 2 large glasses

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, blend until it’s a liquid consistency, and serve in a large glass.
