Carrot, apple & ginger green smoothie
- 2 medium carrots
- chopped 1 medium apple
- cored 2 large handfuls raw baby spinach
- 1 tbs freshly grated ginger root
makes about 3 large glasses
Add all the ingredients except the spinach to a blender with 140ml of filtered water, and hit the “pulse”
button a few times.
Add the spinach and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve.
