Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots
  • chopped 1 medium apple
  • cored 2 large handfuls raw baby spinach
  • 1 tbs freshly grated ginger root

Directions

Carrot, apple & ginger green smoothie
makes about 3 large glasses

Add all the ingredients except the spinach to a blender with 140ml of filtered water, and hit the “pulse”
button a few times.

Add the spinach and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve.
