Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked black rice
  • 1 cup blackberries (or any other berries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 100g natural coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbs shredded coconut

Directions

Breakfast rice

serves 2

Place the rice and fresh fruit in a medium bowl, add the yoghurt and mix well.

Serve topped with the coconut.
