Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1 handful blueberries (or raspberries and blackberries optional)
  • 1 handful organic oats
  • Sprinkling of chia seeds
  • 1 cup rice milk

Directions

Berry smoothie

makes 1 large glass

Place all the ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes and blitz until smooth, then serve.
