- 1 banana
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 handful blueberries (or raspberries and blackberries optional)
- 1 handful organic oats
- Sprinkling of chia seeds
- 1 cup rice milk
Place all the ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes and blitz until smooth, then serve.
