Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup mulberries or blackberries
  • 1 pomegranate, deseeded
  • 1 white nectarine, diced
  • 200g natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs LSA mix (linseed, sunflower seed, almond)

Directions

Antioxidant breakfast bowl

serves 2

In a medium-size mixing bowl, gently combine the berries, pomegranate seeds and nectarine. Divide evenly among 2 bowls and top with the yoghurt and LSA. Serve.
