Antioxidant breakfast bowl

- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup mulberries or blackberries
- 1 pomegranate, deseeded
- 1 white nectarine, diced
- 200g natural or Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbs LSA mix (linseed, sunflower seed, almond)
In a medium-size mixing bowl, gently combine the berries, pomegranate seeds and nectarine. Divide evenly among 2 bowls and top with the yoghurt and LSA. Serve.
