Easy ways to boost your breakfast with superfoods

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. It refuels the body after many hours of fasting, and helps recharge the brain and body for the day ahead. A healthy breakfast will also help you feel more satisfied and can reduce snacking on less nutritious foods or overeating later on.

Adding superfoods to your daily breakfast is a great way to boost your intake of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, and help provide you with the energy you need to start a new day.

Here are some easy superfood‐enriched breakfast ideas:

Superfood smoothie to go – When you’re short on time in the morning, consider making a superfood smoothie with berries, a banana, yoghurt, your choice of milk or water, and a specialised superfood powder blend. These can easily be carried with you to work and consumed when you’re on the go.

Banana berry parfait – To power up your day, layer sliced bananas, yoghurt, natural muesli, nutrient and antioxidant‐rich berries, and a drizzle of honey. For an even greater nutritional boost, consider sprinkling a carefully crafted berry superblend powder on top.
